Everything at the visit exceeded my expectations. Front office staff (Amber??) was a delight. So professional, friendly and respectful. MA (Missa??) was also a delight. She was friendly, kind, personable, thanked me and acknowledged me for bringing my list of allergies, meds and past history (even though it is very long she did not complain). It coudl HELP me if they all wore name tags.
Dr. Dunn was fabulous. Kind, easy going, very respectful. He is so easy to talk with. He enjoys educating and is up on the latest treatments. I enjoy learning so this worked well for me. He laid out my plan in an easy to understand way. Even though I am a physician, his specialty is NOT my specialty so I depended on him to help me understand my situation. I felt respected, cared for, listened to and that Dr. Dunn, just wanted to help me get better. What an amazing practice and a spectacular doctor. Thank you Thank you Thank you.
